This Privacy Policy provides details regarding how The Northern Maine Distilling Company (“The Company”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the CulinarySolvent.com website ("Website").  This privacy policy applies to the Website and all products and services offered by The Company.  

“Personal” Identification Information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Website, register for membership on the Website, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Website. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information including the billing address and phone number associated with their credit card.   • To verify User is a “non-beverage” customer:  Information you provide will be used to determine and verify that the intended us of the products offered on the Website are in accordance with Federal laws related to non-beverage use of food grade ethyl ethanol.
