Answer: After you hit the submit button, the following steps take place on our end to process your order:
An order confirmation email will be sent. This will come within 1-5 minutes and will contain your order number, as well as the other information you entered at the time of checkout.
We receive a copy of the same notice, generate a shipping label and pack up your order for delivery.
We mark the item as shipped in our system which generates a Shipping Confirmation email. This message will include your tracking number for your package.
Your item will arrive between 1 and 5 business days. Because all items require an Adult Signature at time of delivery, FedEx will call the phone number included at checkout to notify you the day before.
If you haven't' received your shipping confirmation email after 2 days, then check your spam/junk email folders.
