Question: Can you ship food grade ethanol to Hawaii?
Answer: No. Per DOT regulations all flammable liquids have to ship via ground service. Specifically we cannot ship via ship (over water) nor via plane (via air), therefore we cannot ship Culinary Solvent to Hawaii.

Nevada: Currently Shipping & Steps Required Before Sale - Customers must first obtain a “Permissible Persons Permit” from the Department of Liquor Control. “Permissible Person Permits” shall be printed and distributed on request to any permissible person or representative of an institution, school, hospital, or church desiring to import [ethanol] for industrial, medical, scientific, or sacramental purposes.
